There is no such binding on Educational Institute on processing minimum number of tenders. Educational Institute can process at least one tender and at the most any number of tenders on EduMart.
There is no tender processing charges for Educational Institute on EduMart except Educational Institute registration and registration renewal charges.
Any supplier can apply for registration, however, its registration approval shall be done on due diligence. EduMart team will contact to the suppliers recommended by Educational Institutes to get them registered on EduMart as per standard process.
No one able to know who have participated in the tendering process before opening of tender. However, statistical information i.e. how many Suppliers have submitted the tender can be seen using Institutes login.
EduMart is having huge list of Suppliers and its team constantly working on getting newer suppliers on EduMart. On publishing of tender, the AI engine of the system starts sending alerts to concerned suppliers’ reminders to participate in tender till the last date of the tender.
EduMart team will inform and request the concerned suppliers to submit the tender. Team will also inform the feedback from the Suppliers to the Institutes.
Bidder can submit the EMD using online payment gateway available on EduMart. The EMD will directly transferred to Institutes bank account. Institutes are requested to return the EMD to nonresponsive bidders soon after opening of price bid so that Suppliers will be encouraged to participate in the institutes Tenders enthusiastically.
