The education sector in India was estimated at US$ 91.7 billion in FY18 and is expected to reach US$ 101.1 billion in FY19. We appeal Educational Institutes, whether they are Private, Public or Government. Educational Institutes register on this portal and process their tenders (purchase of material) to save their procurement cost, time of processing of tender manually and efforts to reach out to maximum Suppliers. Educational Institutes can submit their application for registration, we request you to go through the registration process manual / video manual before you start filling the registration form. You are expected to be ready with following documents of the Institute:
- Registration Certificate
- PAN Card
- GST Number
- Cheque image for Bank Account Details
- Logo of Institute
The Institute has to scan the information documents which should be less than 1 MB in size and start entering the details of Education Institute carefully using Institute Registration link on EduMart. Please do not try to upload photo of documents taken by mobile phone.
On submission of application form for registration, it shall be forwarded for due diligence to concerned officials and after approval from each one of them the login shall be activated and informed to Institute.
The registration of the Institute is valid for one year unless it is not requested to close. Institutes can renew their registration every year. This will help our Suppliers to know how many Institutes are active on the portal.
As an introductory offer, we have kept Educational Institutes registration valid till 31 March, 2022. There after Institutes can renew their registration by paying minimal registration fees using online payment gateway.
